Take a 6-day safari adventure of a lifetime in a country hosting 3 world wonders. Meet your Safaris representative and transfer guide and drive to Arusha. On the way, you will get a briefing and introduction about your safari. On arrival, you have time to rest.
Arusha is a good city in terms of the environment, safety and security. If you arrive early in the morning, you will have enough time to rest for 2 to 4 hours. In the evening, you have time to tour Arusha city, visit key areas, and have time to refresh and enjoy the city environment and banquet. You will also have the opportunity to go shopping for local and cultural products if you are interested. The city offers music places to enjoy the night vibe with good gardens, drinks and music for those who are looking for fun.
Since the next day will be a full-day game drive, you must prepare for an early start to Tarangire National Park, about a 1.5-hour drive from Arusha.
In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park. You will encounter giraffes, buffalos, lions, zebras, gnus and different types of antelopes and gazelles. Tarangire National Park. with its endless trees, savannah and seasonal marshes, it is also home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania, with over 4,000 herds.
The day will be full of extensive wildlife watching, with a lunch box to be taken at a picnic spot. After lunch, we will continue with the game drive until around 4 pm. We will proceed on the 1-hour drive to Karatu, which is 15 minutes from Ngorongoro Crater gate. Enjoy the evening, preparing for the Ngorongoro Crater game drive the next day.
Wake up early and enjoy breakfast. You will be picked up around 7 am from your lodge and drive for 15 to 20 minutes towards the Ngorongoro Crater entry gate.
You will experience the magnificent and spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater, with the songs from various bird species over the crater. You will also have a chance to see some of the big cats. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s best-known wildlife viewing areas. The crater is about 21km wide and is one of the largest calderas in the world. It is close to Olduvai Gorge, where many fossils have been earthed. Within its walls is a variety of animals and vegetation, including grasslands, swamps, forests, salt pans, a freshwater lake and rich wildlife. The wildlife includes lions, elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, rhinos, zebras, and reedbucks.
After lunch, you will check out and drive to Arusha or Kilimanjaro to fly to Zanzibar to enjoy the beautiful blue beach.
Wake up early for sunrise at the beach and have breakfast. Enjoy the morning beach view and then be transferred to Stone Town Hotel, located on the “Spice Island” off the coast of Tanzania in East Africa.
Known for its picturesque beaches, fascinating history, and culture, it’s a perfect destination for a quick getaway. You will spend the whole day exploring Stone Town. It is worth visiting the historic part of Zanzibar Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the Former Slave Market, House of Wonders, the Old Fort, Darajani Market, Freddie Mercury House and the Sultan’s Palace. Prison Island was used as a prison for enslaved people in the 1860s and also functioned as a coral rag mine.
You finish the day with a spice tour to experience the island’s agriculture and history of the different spices grown here, including cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla. Finally, visit the waterfront of Forodhani Garden to relax while the sun sets.
It will be a full day packed with 2 magical events. First, we will visit Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, which is the only national park in Zanzibar. In this great forest, you will enjoy seeing red colobus monkeys, Procolobus kirkii, also known as Kirk’s red colobus, Sykes monkeys, bush babies, more than 50 species of butterflies, 40 species of birds, and the nocturnal Zanzibar tree hyrax.
Secondly, in the evening, we will enjoy the breathtaking views of Zanzibar by cruising on a traditional Arabian dhow, one of the most worthy romantic tours to do with your loved ones in Zanzibar. Cruising with the traditional wooden Arabian dhow is the best way to view the coast of Stone Town, Kendwa and Nungwi Beach. Test the locally prepared snacks and drinks, and sail with the traditional boat, the best way to see the sunset in Zanzibar. Enjoy a traditional Coastal Music Performance and make your evening unforgettable, revealing the lovely views of the sun on your way to your hotel.
This will be the final day filled with the blueness of the ocean. The Blue Ocean Tour is an exciting way to experience Zanzibar’s stunning marine life.
The adventure will take you on a journey through the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean, where you can swim, feed turtles with seaweed, take a snorkeling mask and dive to watch them in their natural environment. You will have enough time to spend in the water. It is a great way to explore the island’s most beautiful coral reefs and the sandbank.
